While the AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) community has helped build America and contributed to culture around the world, until very recently mainstream storytelling from Hollywood has not reflected these contributions or included narratives of the diaspora. We want to change this and create a pipeline of creatives from Cal to Hollywood through our newly launched AAPI Media Creatives fellowship.

Join AAPI industry leaders Jason Lin (Producer, Story Arch Pictures), Lacy Lew Nguyen Wright (Executive Director, Hillman Grad Productions), and Laura Reddy (Manager, Range Media Partners) for a conversation on what it means to make your way in Hollywood as an AAPI creative.

We’ll be discussing how to secure a summer internship in the media industry, how you can make the most of your internship, and how to leverage the experience to build a career in entertainment.
