“API Political Courage” Award & Scholarship Applications

Earlier this year, the APA Democratic Caucus of Alameda County launched the “API Political Courage” Award & Scholarship.  This award/scholarship was established to further the educational and public service goals of college or graduate students of API ancestry who demonstrate political leadership, courage, and outstanding community service. As a working award, this program provides an opportunity for selected recipients to further develop their leadership skills, network with community and API elected leaders, and gain knowledge of the democratic process during the Spring 2014 semester. The deadline for students to apply is this Friday December 6th.
