Screening of (No) Laughing Matter

Townsend Center for Humanities and Center for Race & Gender (CRG) Working Group on Muslim Identities & Cultures is screening a documentary about Palestinian humor.

After the screening, Professor Shiekh will be discussing the significance of Palestinian cinema as a sociopolitical movement of the 21st century that writes a counter narrative through artistic expressions.
