CAACH Course Petitions

Students can petition to use courses not on the approved course lists for the Asian American History or Community Health requirement. Petitions will be granted on a case-by-case basis and will be reviewed by CAACH staff members. You can expect a response within 4 weeks of submission. Please use the form below to submit your petition. If your course is already on the list of ‘successfully petitioned courses’, you do not need to submit this form and can proceed with listing the course for certificate completion.
